The living room, kitchen, and dining area are located on the main level. Just off the kitchen is a large laundry room with storage, through which the garage can be accessed. On the other side of the kitchen is a door leading outside to the deck and hot tub. Conveniently outside the door is a heavy-duty gas grill with direct line hookup. A small half bath is just off the hall leading from the dining area to the master suite. This private suite has a king size bed, seating area, mountain views, spacious changing and vanity area with sink, and steam shower.

The loft/office area is open to the living room below. Just off the loft is the smaller bedroom with a queen size bed. There is a full bath with a tub shower down the hall leading to the third bedroom. This larger bedroom with a queen size bed also has a TV and mountain views.
